Working principle of low pressure switch
When the system pressure and the rated pressure are too high or too low, the disc in the sensor will move instantaneously. Thereby, the switch joint is pushed on or off by the connected guide rod.
In short, it is compared with the rated value through the test situation of the measured pressure. When there is a change, a working effect will be produced, and the free end of the elastic element will be displaced. Push the switching element directly or after comparison. Change the on-off state of the switching element to achieve the purpose of controlling the measured pressure.
The commonly used components of pressure switches mainly include four categories: diaphragm, diaphragm, single coil spring tube and bellows.

The role of low pressure switch
Because pressure switches have relatively high accuracy and stable performance, low-pressure pressure switches are widely used in automobiles, water purifiers, power development and other fields. These fields are mainly applied to low-voltage protection switches of automobiles, low-voltage switch appliances of power equipment, and low-voltage control switches used in pressure systems.
Among them, in the automotive field, it means that when the voltage provided by the car to the on-board power supply is lower than how much, the power supply will automatically shut down to achieve a protection function. As a commonly used electrical component, low-voltage car switches can prevent damage to the power supply equipment of the car and ensure the normal ignition of the car.
The low-pressure switch in the pressure system achieves the working effect according to the water supply pressure of the entire system. It is mainly to cut off the entire circuit when there is no water or the pressure is too small to achieve the purpose of protecting the water pump.
