Submersible pressure transducer installation
Precautions for the use and installation of the input level gauge:
1. When the liquid level transmitter is transported and stored,
it should be restored to the original packaging and stored in a cool,
dry and ventilated warehouse.
2. If an abnormality is found during use, turn off the power supply,
stop using it, and check it.
3. Connect the power supply according to the wiring instructions.
How to install the input level gauge:
When the level gauge should be installed in a stationary deep well or pool,
the steel pipe with an inner diameter of 145mm
(a small hole at different heights for water to enter the pipe)
is fixed in the water,
and then the static pressure input level gauge is placed.
It can be used in steel pipes.
The installation direction of the transmitter is vertical,
and the input installation position should be away from the liquid inlet,
and outlet and the agitator.
In the case of large vibration,
the wire can be found on the transmitter and the steel wire can be used to prevent the cable from being broken.
When measuring the liquid level of a flowing or agitated liquid,
a steel pipe with an inner diameter of about 145 mm
(a small hole at a different height on the opposite side of the liquid flow direction,
so that the water can smoothly enter the pipe)
is fixed in the water, and then the static pressure is put into the liquid level.
It can be used by placing it in a steel pipe.
